To my dismay, when the NPP delinquents go to any office and anybody smells like NDC supporter they sack him. They are just displaying their incompetence. I hope the recruitment of the Delta Forces will not lead to Ghana version of terrorists.

SOLUTION: The dynamics in the interplay of demand and supply in the labor market has to determine the quantity, depth, quality and appropriateness of skills and education acquired in the universities/educational institutions in Ghana. Further, these skills and education acquired have to be in harmony with contemporary developmental requirements and the execution of both contemporary industrial requirements and the developmental plans/projects of Ghana.
Anything short of that will worsen the structural unemployment situation in Ghana!
