It is so pathetic that this is happening in no other country than Ghana, the ministry of foreign affairs and Ghana embassies in the USA needs to be blame for all this negligence, the negligence of our ministry of foreign affairs started with her first press conference when the South African issued aroused, I was so shocked for the kind of word our honorable, Botwe used to explain deportation proceedings and encouraging Ghanaian (illegal immigrant) to come home without this closing the verification and deportation proceedings, in united states before someone could be deported the ICE & Homeland security will verify the individuals identity and nationality for confirmation and acceptance, but b’cos our embassy’s overseas are so corrupt to the extent that they consider everyone with Ghana passport as a Ghanaian, hence the refuse to verify and just agree for that individual to be deported, if Ghana is not very careful our nation will serve as a dumping ground for illegal immigrant. Whiles some embassies refused to verify detainees only with passport our embassy’s welcome and even request for Ghana’s in detentions to be deported cos of availability of seats in airlines to Ghana without proper checks and balances. Even from a lay person’s view after glancing through the list of name published by USA ICE some seems obvious to be Ghanaian names. Is so sad that institutions and the foreign ministries cannot work in a faithful way cos of greed and personal interest. Can the ministry of foreign affairs and our embassy's validated the registration all the deportees as Ghanaian, as the law requires for every Ghanaian abroad?
