Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah expressed satisfaction after his first training session in Accra ahead of Saturday's 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
Twenty-one (21) players showed up for training including Asante Kotoko trio Felix Annan, Kwame Bonsu and Amos Frimpong.
The number will increase on Wednesday evening with Kwadwo Asamoah, Caleb Ekuban and Daniel Opare who got a late call-up expected in camp.
The squad was led by captain Andre Ayew in the absence of Asamoah as the Fenerbahce superstar led his colleagues for the training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.
