One-time Ghana Black Stars keeper Razak Braimah has apologized to Ghanaians for his unfortunate 2017 AFCON video incident.
Brimah posted a video on his Facebook page in 2017 during the AFCON insulting Ghanaians after he was criticized for his poor performance during the tournament.
The goalkeeper who many see as the worst ever to manned the Black Stars post has failed to find his feet since then as he was released by Mamelodi Sundowns in August 2018.
Brimah whose club career is in jeopardy and has not also had a Black Stars call up since the 2017 AFCON has pleaded to Ghanaians for clemency as he feels remorseful now.
”I will take this opportunity to apologize to all Ghanaians who were offended by my offensive video. I made a mistake in responding to one fan who was so critical on me and even went to the extent of insulting my mum who is so dearly to me.” He told Kumasi- based Abusua FM.
”The issue has affected my career so much cos I would have been in camp by now. Everyone who was offended should kindly forgive me,”
He made his Black Stars debut on August 14, 2013, and has gone on to earn 27 caps for Ghana.
