The Upper West Regional Minister, Hafiz Bin Salih has advised final year Junior High School (JHS) students to prepare adequately for their Basic Certificate Examination (BECE) exams.
The Minister gave the advice when he toured some basic schools in the region to have first-hand information on how teaching and learning were going after final year students resumed to0 prepare for their exams.
Mr. Bin Salih asked the students not to relax and depend on ‘apor’ but prepare adequately despite the outbreak of the coronavirus.
He said it would be a great success for them to prepare and pass with flying colours since it will be a great achievement for them due to the challenges the outbreak is having on social life.
He also applauded teachers for their dedication and selflessness to their work.
The Minister asked teachers and students to adhere strictly to the safety protocols put in place to help contain the spread of the virus.
