The IMF boss Georgieva was in Ghana two months ago. She told us Ghana's economic problems were not caused by Corvid 19 or Russian/Ukraine war but by wanton corruption and mismanagement by the criminal Akuffo Addo government.Georgieva is not an NDC member.
