  I said sometimes ago that NDC is a party full of truants and vagabonds. This man professes to be a PHD holder and the originator of Mahama's much touted 24-hour economy nonsense, and Ghanaians couldn't believe his explanation of the 24-hour economy.
  
  A man interacts with wise people while the fools mingle with fools. The question is, is this man a PHD holder? Informed sources say that his PHD is just an honorary one which means, it was confer on him.

  Yeah, the Party should make sure he doesn't have the opportunity to do any interviews on Radio or TV to embarrass himself or the Party. I felt ashamed listening to his presentation on the 24-Hr economy. Here in the US, we have 24 hour working schedules. And for him as a learned person to talk about elephants and Tigers and lions to build an economy is beyond comprehension. These are the so called PHD holders who give people the chance to insult our well learned academicians, that acquiring a foreign nationality or foreign passport is better than a PHD in Ghana. By the way, is he really a PHD holder? I doubt it.

  The communication team of any party has a structure which streamlines how communicants respond to key party policy. Not every person can give appropriate responses to issues such as the 24-hour economy. Individuals may have synopsis of understanding regarding the policy but that does not constitute the party's explanation. It is therefore necessary to streamline the communication. However, I also feel Mr Abass miscommunicated . This is a key party person, you could have discussed the issue with him before going public.

  Is Alan giving policy speeches for NPP, but this guy is a policy advisor to John Mahama and NDC. The painful thing is, he is the originator of this stupid 24-hour economy policy they are struggling to explain.
