    That would only add layer of duplication and cost to our already overburdened coffers. Over bloated costs incurred from presidency, parliament and useless council of state, the octogenarian toothless club of dishonest people.

    WHAT GHANA NEEDS NOW TO DEVELOP IS A CHANGE OF THE PRESENT CONSTITUTION AND NOT A CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT WHICH WILL CERTAINLY NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
