Did you listen to the discussion with Samson Anyenini? The minister said the executor of the will left by the PRIVATE OWNER of the land, which has been in dispute since 1974, sold it to a developer, who sold part of the land to another individual, Dr Yaw Adu Ampomah.

The developer got a court order to demolish the property standing on the land (the building said to be the Bulgarian Embassy) in 2018.

How did the government have a hand in that? What has it got to do with the government?

The government only intervened, he said, because it involved a foreign embassy. So it tried to negotiate fair compensation from the developer for the party whose property was demolished.

How did the government engineer this matter?

Nothing has changed, Ghana has become more vulnerable to corruption, nepotism, bribery, tribalistic, poorer, highly indepted, underdeveloped than our other countries we started life with.
