  In any country where the outcome of court judgments can be easily predicted, democracy is at risk. If you are honest with yourself, you can often foresee the outcome of court rulings, particularly in political cases, based solely on the judges involved. Just by examining the panel members of this appeal, it was apparent that the presiding judge would rule in favor of the Attorney General—and indeed, he did.

  I think it's only because the 2 judges took the advice of Ken Dapaa not to be one sided in their judgments all the time. So it's like 10 judgments in favour of the government and 1in favour of the opposition!!
