Okudzeto must be severely worried for the second time, because his DRUNKEN SAILOR party leader, Mahama was again drunk and couldn't submit his nomination forms. Two years ago, an ndc party diplomat, Ambassador Osei whom Mahama appointed as an ambassador to Dubai said, Mahama was so drunk that he couldn't submit his documents to the EC, therefore party faithfuls had to do that on his behalf. This time , it happened again and that must be of a great concern to Ablakwa, but not Bawumia.
