If he is an employee, he still has to file his tax returns yearly. After 1st April each year if you fail to file your returns, there is a penalty
A person like this wants to be an MP. He doesn’t even understand the concept of accountability. He hasn’t paid personal direct tax to the government of Ghana for years.
