Article 50 (4) talks about a constituency or unit.
First part talks about the need to extent nominations for 10 days
second part says "within 25 days to the election" Her death is within 40 days to the election and 25 days.

Everybody is going to vote looking at the economy and not on the placement of candidates on the ballot papers. Bawumia has failed us so we are going for Mahama. Mahama sold one dollar at four cedis. Bawumia and Nana are selling it around seventeen cedis. If the rate of dollar comes down, it will automatically reduce the cost of goods and services. If Nana loves Bawumia, why can't he reduce the E-levy and other foolish taxes now. Bawumia says he will remove it when he comes to power but I don't believe him. He is just a stooge of his boss!

The simplest way to go around this is by allowing Akua Donkor's party to nominate another flag bearer in her stead to take up the party's position on the ballot sheet.

Her death doesn't mean the party also died with her.
