Politicians always know what to do, right? The challenge is with doing it. The directives given is fair and equitable but I know and you know that interest groups will go round it with bribery and all sorts of corruption

Yes i am so far as it is not a family and friends appointment. The process is laid out in plain view of everyone so apply.

If you want a departure from this, advocate for a change in the constitution.

These political appointees are not interested in developing their assemblies but to make money for themselves and their family members.. Some district assemblies in Ghana have voted for the NDC for 32 years but they don't have any developments in the districts. Not a single road has even been tarred in such neglected NDC strongholds. Typical examples are Ashaiman and Kpone Katamanso Municipal assemblies. They have been voting for the NDC since 1992 but their roads are dusty and untarred. NDC should do better this time their strongholds
