  The Akufo Addo government didn't come to serve Ghana but serve themselves and cronies. The agenda 111 was nothing but useless venture. Any serious government would rather have used the monies to provide all the regional hospitals with good hospital equipment to attain the standard like those in Europe and elsewhere so one will even think of travelling outside for medicare. But for cheap political gain.

If he advocated for a clinic to take care of emergency situations in Parliament that would be acceptable but a hospital for MPs? Please come again!
