Agalga is totally wrong. Promotions in the military us based on military doctrines one might have written and not based on numbers. Agalga should not send his propaganda to the military.

If Gen Otchere advised those promotions, then he is a huge disappointment to the Service which groomed him into a National Security Advisor. Was it to declare someone as Ghana's first 4-Star General? If that was the intent, it failed. IK Acheampong was Ghana's first 4-Star General. Total hogwash of an administration. Agalga is perfectly right - Ghana's armed forces is not deserving of a 4-star. The size of the armed forces is the main determinant. The biggest joke was that Ordnance officer - Osei Wusu - being promoted to 3-star. Like seriously? Not even a rebel movement would do that!
