Wel, that means, after all, there was a 'breach' This is what the police terms as a "fine case". Ghana is being RESET, so therefore that case will be re - visited, and the outcome of a proper judgement, which would be acceptable to the good people of Ghana, for records sake, added to the 'reset' movement Train.
