Every other government program was moving at ease. But the NDC and their self centered surrogates: Franklin Cudzoe, that alleged rapist University of Ghana lecturer who was caught on camera providing sex for grade to innocent students and others made Ghanaians believe that the NDC can make a heaven within 24 hours. But after 4 months since incompetent one was sworn into office, Ghanaians are already in the hindsight bias mood— oh, we made a mistake——-
