Was anybody under trial then? The law requires that, prima facie should be established and if that could not be established, should trial commence? Whose law is of this bogus stance? The petitioner could be given a hearing if prima facie was establish and there is trial. Block-headed people. Your intentions are clear. You just want to boot out the CJ so you get the opportunity to manipulate the law. She is a strong and upright woman so you know you can not bend her decisions. If you attempt, your intentions will be exposed so the only option you have is to kick her out. What a shameful legacy are you leaving behind!!!
