Assume you borrow $5000 from a bank and the agreement signed says you the borrower must pay $100 a month for 6 years or until the loan plus interest is paid off. If you make $200 payments some months when you have extra money does not mean you can skip paying some months because you paid $200 some previous month.
The borrower must pay the minimum $100 each month until the full amount ($5000 + $2200 interest) at the end of the 6years. Just because Mahama and the NDC says E-levy is cancelled does not mean that the IMF loan that NPP took and obligated Ghana to make payments stops; a contract is binding Ms. Appiagyei. Grow some basic sense if you want to do political speeches to a bunch of ignorant supporters.

How can this woman be so dishonest because of politics? Are all Ghanaians illiterates not to see the E-levy being charged in disguise? Why are you NPP being so desperate for power after barely five months out of power?
Even if the NDC government is still charging all the levies, Ghanaians are getting some kind of relief when compared to the NPP era. The massive thievery and corruption which took place during the NPP government era does not make the NPP any attractive to sensible and discerning Ghanaians. It will pay off for the NPP to spend their precious time in branding their party for the future rather than engaging in fruitless and foolish propaganda.
