Wontumi borrowed government farm money to do farming, failed to farmed and has not repaid the money. Then there is his Akonta mining issues, which he has exploration license but fully mining and leasing lands for Chinese Galamsay. Don’t forget Wontumi has indefinite stay in the UK because of his British Ghanaian wife and children. As for the two lawyers, just handbags stuff.
