We don’t pay taxes on gifts. That will mean double taxation because the givers have already paid taxes on them.

The giver paid taxes not for the transfer, hence the recipient has to pay tax. This is income to the recipient. This MP must pay those taxes or else I'll get Afriyie Ankrah to filter his income.

It's only in Akan dominated area where otani or Ewe is an MP, but the opposite is in the north and volta region.
