A country with large number of unemployed you and you want the retirement age to be increased . Everyone must retire at age 60.

Abolish ex-gratia, Council of Elders, and Board Chairman positions. They are unnecessary but draining scarce resources of the nation.
Hope Ghana is going to see very strong constitution which going forward will bring about good governance and deepen democracy for posterity
