Subsequently he was between 65 and 75% percent of the votes. Trouble is it was Busia who had a one party government. Nkrumah's party was getting around 70% of votes so if you ban them who do you think is guaranteed a win.? If either NDC or NPP gets banned, Ghana would effectively become a one party state. As for Mahama, he's done enough damage already

Come 2018 Mahama has escaped from Bole and secretly visiting NDC Chairmen around the country greasing their palms with his ill-gotten wealth to support his bid for the 2020 elections. For those in the North who decided to compete him he got the violent Azorkas to beat them to pulp.

In 2020 he stood unopposed and lost to Nana Addo. And again he promised the whole world that in addition to the millet and sorghum farm which he escaped from he will now add poultry farming (nkoko nkitikiti) to his new ventures as he has abandoned politics forever.

Come 2022 he has started his thing again and bribed all NDC chairmen. Even Kwabene Duffuor who attempted to compete him was beaten by the Azora boys in Tamale.

Look don't trust Mahama. Rawlings never trusted him, Atta-Mills was going to get rid of him before he died.

This attempt of changing the military leadership and the Chief Justice , and parking the Supreme Court with his appointees is all part of his cunning ways.

He is going all over the place showing his 32teeth trying to show that he is a nice guy so Ghanaians will say ok go fpr a third term. Mahame is devious he will try to change the Constitution or get his allies in the Supreme Court after heavily bribing them to rule in favour of his 3rd term. And if Ghanaians refuse he will unleash the Army on them like has been done in Tanzania and Kenya.

Don't say I didnt warn you! Dont trust Mahama. He has done it before to NDC and he has nothing to loose by doing it to the whole of Ghanaians.

THE COUNTRY HAS REACHED A STAGE WHERE WE HAVE TO GIVE UP "IT IS MY TURN TO RULE KIND OF PRESIDENTS". BECOMING A PRESIDENT IN GHANA MUST BE MERIT BASED AND NOTHING ELSE. If the people decide that they want Mahama to continue in office because of his good work, it will be contested in a free and fair national election and if Mahama wins that will be the true will of the people which won't warrant any military action or takeover.
It is definitely too early to know whether Mahama would perform exceptionally well at the end of his term, but if he does, everybody including the military would wholeheartedly compel him to continue in office. THERE WOULD BE NO MILITARY TAKEOVER IN GHANA BECAUSE GHANAIANS WANT A GOOD PRESIDENT TO CONTINUE IN OFFICE FOR THE SAKE OF CONTINUITY AND STABILITY!!
