She was/is so incompetent that I actually felt sorry for her on many of those occasions when it became obvious that she did not know what the hell she was doing in that office. But with vigilance the NDC won. So political parties must be able to put in place mechanisms to ensure all votes are properly accounted for. I am of the view that no state agency can use its authority to cheat in our general National elections if the political parties are vigilant
