  The judge acknowledges that mistakes are made in writing the figures and collating them but this time, it went overboard.
  
  He points us to the celebration of mediocrity and indeed silliness that we have Free JHs and SHS meaning education is widespread but we cannot calculate simple figure and he will not take that.
  
  Also, these vodoo figures were collated at a place which was know to the 1st and 2nd Respondents only and some other two people who cannot be identified.
  
  Meanwhile the 1st & 2nd Respondents claim they are NDC people which is untenable.
  
  This election and declaration cannot hold.
