There are many Ghanaians who are likely to buy into what you are selling, Kwabena Agyapong, but lying to yourself in the hopes of winning your contest is not reality for voters; there's nothing left in the NPP that is not a mirage or illusion.

You, Kwabena Agyepong, knows that meritocracy is a nonstarter in Ghana politics; you in the NPP are not killing each other and certainly not importing illegal guns or forming vigilante groups in the NPP to attack those in the NDC so that employment can be given to people based on true merit. Where were you when Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia's 8-year reign of corruption sliced Ghana into family and friends pieces of Agyapa royalty?

For the foreseeable future any party, be it NPP, UP, NDC and others that fail to follow the existing 40-year development plan, Kwabena Agyepong, will create temporary jobs that will last 2-years if the government administration fail to win a second term in office or at best a 4-year employment if the government wins a 2nd 4-year term.

The essence of a youth employment or any employment outfit is to provide skills training that prepares the unemployed or people seeking change in trade skills. The agency becomes the facilitator and conduit between the unemployed and employers, preferably in the private sector. Anything to do with civil or public service job is temporary. There have been more than 1million youth come through YEA, NADCO, Planting for food, and thousands more who were offered token employment opportunities under both NDC and NPP administrations. Can you, Kwabena Agyepong, list 500 to 1,000 of those beneficiaries who continue to work in those government jobs to date?

Hell half of the CEO's of YEA, NADCO and other agencies of government are under indictment or on the run while many seek shelter from prosecution by becoming MP's; a reason to kill each other as you vie for seats in parliament.
