Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.

This is done in China to prevent crime and abuse by foreigners in China. Failure to comply is 6 months in jail and a fine.
What foreign criminal wanting to do ashawo, scam, etc would want their details at the police station? So Ghana becomes unattractive for nigerian scammers.

I reasonably don’t understand why some individuals and organizations can compel Ofori Attah to be forced or compelled to come to Ghana to face criminal charges when he is supposed to be undergoing medical examinations and treatments in the USA. Ken Ofori Attah came to the United States of America for medical examinations and treatment. He is supposed to be seeking treatments. He has not been declared fit by any Medical Doctor or Examiner to be fit for transportation to Ghana for trial. Ofori Attah knows how the System works and has been able to beat it. For now, nobody or system can deport him to Ghana for trial. Trump himself knows that. And he is not coming back to Ghana on his own. He already has his family with him and his parents are already dead. What does he need to come to Ghana for a trial that would be hostile to him and will not treat him well. GHANA, YOUR SUPPOSED MONEY IS ALREADY GONE WITH THE WIND.

For BOND case not heard yet (ie a plea to let him stay at home while all this is going on )Taking into account his family ties, (only positive) health declarations (proven false as doctors advised well enough to be in confinement so “could” have travelled) ) and visa overstay (no respect for immigration) , all charges in Ghana against him , Ofori-Atta's prospects for securing bond may face challenges. His attorneys will need to convincingly address these complexities to improve his chances during the hearing. He will appeal everything, however FBI I hear is getting very annoyed ,ooops
