These issues are delicate much more than what is said on the streets. I can only use the Western world because this is where i have worked much of my life. That is over two decades.

They put in such policies and interpretation of laws many years ago and believe me, it has become worse. Instead of a few men indulging in these acts, it has rather become wholesale.

It is either men having their won businesses are not employing young girls or not mentoring them. These men will rather employ elderly women in their 50's. For example, i will never ever mentor a young girl.

Today, as the economy is not doing well, and unemployment is rife, some jobs that younger women can get is not given to them or they're expected to do jobs that 3 people should be doing.

Now, young women in workspaces and in society want these laws and policies in the system to be reversed

It is worth studying the Swedish system also.
