Spare us this crap. Ndc government has always been known to abuse the judicial system, but always cries foul whenever they are in opposition. Abuse of prosecution is not the same as having a speedy trial. If Odame abused the judiciary, how come Dr Opuni's case took so long until your government quashed the case.

If there were more Ghanaians with principles, moral compass, foresight and love for mother Ghana above tribe and political party, then the Ghana judiciary would not have gone through 25+ years of selective application of the laws and our the absolute majority of Justice on our courts, but more so those on the Supreme Court, would be revered far above traditional chiefs and presidents.

But we are where and what we are with our justice system because when a president is allowed to abuse and misuse the powers of his office, as ex-president J. A. Kufour did, with the appointment of 2 new justices to the appellate court to reverse a decision of the same court in the case of Ghana Vs Tsikata (aka Kufour Vs Tsikata as the then AG, Akufo-Addo filed the case) then we cannot hide our proverbial heads in the sand and think anything better can come out a rotten judiciary.

What is becoming sad about Ghana is not unemployment or even injustices with our political decisions and management but the blurring of the line between right and wrong and normalization of evil by the NPP and the lie they shamelessly mount in defense, at any cost, of their history.

How can anyone in the NPP or as an NPP sympathizer justify a military coup d'etat of 24th February 1966 that removed from office the founding father of Ghana for the reasons given by then NPP in its slave era mentality and shackles on the brains and blame PNDC for using their own tools to correct the rot they brought to bear on Ghana?

To date there's no one in the NPP, NPP sympathizers and Kwame Nkrumah haters who can list just one thing Nkrumah is accused of doing to warrant the overthrow of his government that has not happened under government administrations from the year 2000 to date.

It is with that backdrop that people that has shaped our judiciary system, through staffing, enforcement and judicial oversight, have taken on traits of the moral bankruptcy of the nation. The people who serve as our security officers, legislators, judiciary and the executive branches are not from space but from the same Ghanaian communities that has given birth and rise to Ghanaians who have shown love for tribe and political parties while reserving their hate for country that manifest in our willingness to engage in treasonous acts against Ghana.

We could not have had a finance minister screw the nation of 33 million people, by accident or by design, and fly to enjoy life with mostly our money. He learned well from the NPP ideas and ideals that forged and justified the 1966 coup resulting in the continuation of raping of our mineral, natural and human resources that extended poverty in Ghana for over half a century.
