  He looted Ghana`s money as a GETFund beneficiary when as a Deputy Minister, yet, qualified as a "Needy but Brilliant" student.
  Sarah Adwoa Safo also qualified a GETFund beneficiary when she was a sitting parliamentarian.
  Until we learn to do away with such criminal and greedy and undisciplined characters, it`ll be hard for us as a nation to develop.
