On the issue of not being a registered party member, We will take a leaf from NPP where Dr Bawuliar was not a member but became the party vice president. I like the response from the party executives. The response was measured. But let me add that should Captain Smart truly want to contest, we should let him do so because of the aforementioned reason. Another reason being that he is not a push over and anything that is due the people of Gomoa, he will get it for them. Tnx
