You use jandam to throw him out of office before the projects are completed. You come and spend 8 years leaving the hospitals to rot. Instead you waste resources on your vanity projects (cathedral etc) and embezzlement. The people vote JM back and you insist that your constituents needs must be prioritized. Failure to do so MUST carry a mandatory prosecution and imprisonment for not less than 10 years for the sitting President of that government. It must be a treasonable offence without any immunity clauses. The NPP has been a typical culprit of this crime since its inception, from Kufuor Wawawa Agyekum to the mother serpent of corruption. Ghana loses hundreds of billions of Ghana cedis to these political crimes and acts of political vindictiveness.
