I know that the likes of Hon Oppon-Nkrumah, Hon Assafuah, Nana B, Sammy Awuku, and many others are still wet behind the ears despite the bluff and intemperate pontifications. Ghana is not richer than most EU nations, Canada nor the USA. Those nations, however, also rake in more revenues from exports than Ghana but the bulk of their development come from property and income taxes at local government levels.

Their systems of decentralized governments are sustained because of the ability of local governments to raise development revenues via local taxes and bond markets. It would be informative to voters if those loud-mouth MP's in parliament can show voters how much each MP pays in taxes with all tax line items listed.

It is interesting, nonetheless that Sammy Awuku can talk about anything politics; he must first come out with an explaination on the difference between realities and wishful thinking or better yet provide an update on the delussional train system the operates above water per Akufo-Addo promise and the train the operates under the sea per Dr. Bawumia's promise so most in the NPP can either buy a pair of swimwear or scuba-diving gears depending of which delusion they choose.
