As far as I am concerned, you,Dr. Kokofu, can stop the nonsense. The appropriate counter argument for Dr. Kokofu is why our universities continue to award post-graduate certificates to Ghanaians when there has not been much progress with development and growth that justifies investments on education; no worthwhile return on investment in our tertiary education particularly at the postgraduate level.

The underlying issues with flooding in Accra is not and has not been the responsibility of Ms. Kinds Ocloo. If and when you, Dr. Kokofu and other detractors, give Ms Linda Ocloo and her outfit the oversight authority of all land sale around known designated flood zones, the authority to grant or deny land development titles or certificates or the authority to inspect all structures from the foundation to completion, then you, Dr. Kokofu and others, can have reasons to criticize; until that time comes please shut your mouth.

Your education level, Dr. Kokofu, requires of you to think and read in the absence of information. It is not coincidence that the Ga Dangbe people unkowingly sold their lands to migrants to Accra without foresight. The people who now seek to sell every inch of land in the greater Accra area, contractors and land developers without conscience nor regard for human safety and the agencies of government that certify sales and issue new ownership of designated flood zones along with people like you, Dr Kokofu, must look to your inner selves or in the mirror prior to assigning blame or shaming anyone.

The families of people without vision and lacking foresight who conspired with others to achieve the 1966 coup d'etat continue to live amongst us without shame or remorse yet but for their treasonous family members Ghana's development could parallel those of Singapore and the Koreas.
