  The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana can go to any classroom in any law school in Ghana for any first year law student to succinctly interpret that article without blinking an eye. "Two terms" served back-to-back or served separately are " two terms ".
  Waste of taxpayers money on such flimsy nonsensical.

  Easy to understand. First year Primary school pupil understands that. First year student at any law school can understand and interpret, without blinking an eye, that Article 66 (2) in the 1992 Ghana Constitution for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
  Ghanaian Taxpayers can't waste our tax money on such a base nonsensical.

  Ghana, a country with more lawyers than there are market traders, should know better to make laws clear and more definitive. It doesn't hurt to add additional language to a law, making it clear that a limit of two terms in office means a President cannot be elected into office more than two times, and that a person serving out the term of a President who cannot complete their term in office doesn't count towards the limit of two terms in office.
