In Ghana, the Ghanaian voter is the problem because he/she doesn't understand the true meaning of voting to elect a leader.

Yes unemployment is still a challenge because you are not innovative as a government. There is so much that could be done to create job avenues but the government is sleeping on the job. For example, why can't the government ...

Yes unemployment is still a challenge because you are not innovative as a government. There is so much that could be done to create job avenues but the government is sleeping on the job. For example, why can't the government take the initiative to establish a modern slaughter house in the northern part of the country where there so many cattles. In Botswana apart from their diamond industry, meat export from their modern slaughter houses are their second largest export commodity creating jobs for thousands of people. Honestly, something is fundamentally wrong with the Ghanaian political leadership. Our leaders must wake up and give us leadership.

It's one thing to be a visionary Head of State and another thing to be a party activist. These are two different roles. Unfortunately, we the citizens too always confuse these two roles and keep voting for the wrong people to lead us.
