As for NDC, never have you been able to introduce any policy and successfully implemented it. 24 hr economy and nkoko nkitinkiti, 2 years on and there is still confusion about the policy and how to implement it.

1. The policy is vague. Economy could mean anything. So the fact that even as at now, they can't explain which sectors of the economy they want to run 24 hours is something telling.
Is it that cocoa farmers will farm at night, or markola and kejetia will be selling at night? Banks will be opened at night just as they operate during the day? So exactly which sectors of the economy is going to run 24 hours?

2. Granted every sector of the economy will run 24 hours, do we have the electricity, water, lightening systems, security systems, etc to maintain efficiency? Even the 12 hours economy, we don't have sustainable electricity and water. Several areas in EVEN ACCRA don't have water running. How will industries function 24 hours without power? Have you fixed 12 hour electricity challenges? Fixed that before thinking about 24 hours.

3. Factories need raw materials. What provisions have been done to ensure constant and full supply of raw materials to feed factories? What capacity has been built in terms of human resources, financial capability, operational efficiency etc? Can industries just start working 24/7 just bcx the president says so?

The 24 hours 1-3-3 may be a great dream. But that's not something that can be achieved with 4yrs as NDC wants us to believe. If anything, turning a whole country into 24 hours operation could take decades.
