Ghana courts are the most unintelligent and downright stupid, and have been the frontline creators of Ghana's backwardness and failure.

With all due respect who determines an incurably defective writ?Every Part 1 student of Ghana School of Law knows that ubder High Court CI 47 every writ of summons must follow certain conditions imeven if you do not know the residence of the Defendant smyou state service will be direct and if a Bailiff can't trace the Defendant after three attempts he needs to seek come back to court to seek leave it's after this that substituted service of writ kicks in.
So why the hue and cry?

This is not politics Afenyo feels he's been defamed Sammy feels truth is his defence.

Allow the courts to decide rather than passing negative comment.
