While experience is not sold in any store, Kodua contributed NPP's defeat in the last election. He is timid, insecure and low self-esteem type of a person. As general secretary hardly was he seen facing the media challenging some lies been heaped on then NPP as a ruling party.

Also, reliable sources say that he was against Dr Bawumia and how can that be possible as Bawumia is the leader of the party?

In short, he lacks organizational skills and that alone disqualifies him the general secretary.
