It's all about question and answers.EOCO does have questions to answer like why they simply didn't write to the speaker but rather embarked on this very infantile behavior of showing where power lies. Does not show class but an admission that you were not brought up properly. On the other hand if this lawyer represented 2 clients of the opposite side in the same case, serious ethical questions would be raised but this is compounded into a criminal case if the lawyer sends back part of fees back to one of his clients. The accusation is all colluded to rob the state. If he's innocent, he is a lawyer so he can defend himself

The learned attorney is not helping himself. He is mouthing off too much. This case is not going to be tried in the court of public opinion. This is trite knowledge. Accusing the EOCO boss of alleged extortion in the past or that you are the next NPP Attorney-General in waiting may sound cute. But it doesn’t change the fact that EOCO may have enough evidence to put him away for years. Also the NPP is not short of ambitious lawyers who want to be A-G. In a future contest for that position, a convicted Mr. Awuah will have no chance. Think about it.
