The fellow is a Nigerian who claims to be a "prankster". Most of his victims are you defenceless women whom he deliberately targets for his "pranks" in the streets. His conduct qualifies as assault/ battery and harassment of these young women. He actually hits them in the face with his palm, throws their cell phones on the ground, physically push them around, removes their wigs, attempts to kick them, forcefully take and take off with their handbags etc. - all in the name of "pranks"? You, Ms. Hawa Koomson, were once a legislator and should think like a legislator and not like Dr. Bawumia, the NPP presidential candidate. Your background as a legislator gave you insight into the legislative process, how consensus and partnerships are reached to pass legislation; Dr. Bawumia only knows the executive/presidential way of bribing and twisting arms of party MP's to pass a bill whether right or wrong for the nation.

I am of the opinion, Ms. Koomson, that politician wannabe at the local and grassroot level hold all the power to political successes of the party instead of the executive or legislators. For some reasons foreign to me, local operatives play 2nd place to MP's and ministers of state. Yes local operatives need all the legislative funding resources but it is the organization, effectiveness and efficiencies at the local or grassroot level that make or break a political party.

Pepper spray is not going to make any woman with brain-size bigger than peas pledge to vote for you, Ms Hawa Koomson or the NPP party unless the voter is slow upstairs.

What a pepper spray will add to the development of NPP women and Ghanaian women by extension is what I'm still trying to figure out.

The other day, it was Richard Ahiangbah who says if his party fails to elect him to the position of Vice Chairman as someone from the Volta Region, it means the party has a problem and lacks strategy.

Today, it is Hawa Koomson promising NPP women a pepper spray, reason for which she said she should be voted for.

If this is the best the NPP can offer its members, then the party has a really very long way to go.
