I know with the elections of John Boadu & his team it's going to be difficult to bring on board Ken Agyapong. I would advise Nana Akomea to be cautious on some of these issues. Boakye-Agyarko would've done better on this.

He was a member of the Movement for Freedom that opposed the impostion of UNIGOV by the military. Victor refused to join the fight against UNIGOV. However, when the Movement succeeded in getting the military to return to civilian rule, he rushed to form PFP.
Members of the Movement formed UNC. Former PP members sought for the PFP to merge with UNC. Victor would only agree to that if he would be the leader of the merged party. The others believed it should be PAA Willie because he led the fight against UNIGOV. Victor wouldn’t agree because he saw it as his only opportunity to become head of state which he missed when Busia was overthrown. The two parties therefore remained apart.

It is better we go into battle with dedicated soldiers than those who are indecisive. Kennedy Agyepong feels that he should be given the leadership of NPP without any contest, and where in the party's constitution does such a clause exist?

The problem I have with Kennedy is, why can't he go to his constituency, Assin Central and launched his "Base Party" than in the Ashanti Region, or what is preventing him and Alan to join forces?
