  Now we have Togo,Ivory coast & Burkina Faso's registers, all that we need to do is to compare what are in their register to ours.Secondary,do a facial recognition.

  Computer Studies must be made compulsory from Primary, to JSS to University attached to every Course of Study whether Law, Geography, Journalism,History or Biology. Also all govt. employees must be trained in Computer Studies ...

  Computer Studies must be made compulsory from Primary, to JSS to University attached to every Course of Study whether Law, Geography, Journalism,History or Biology. Also all govt. employees must be trained in Computer Studies and use of computer to handle documents/data on long term basis during working hours.Ghana lags behind many African Countries in application and use of Computer. Nigeria is far ahead of Ghana in pay roll, general election erecting bill boards while OUR GRADUATES RUN OFF COMPUTER USE AND APPLICATION to study for story-telling degrees. VERY, VERY DISTURBING REVELATION AND SHAMEFUL.

  One observation: Legon Computer Studies dept. is like a rubbish dump scaring students to study I.T. only following 19th Century Syllabus in 21st Century HUMANITIES with people like Asiedu Nketia, Akua Donkor, wISEMAN talking centre hold of national affairs. VERY DISGRACEFUL TO ACADEMIA who call themselves GRADUATES!

Ghanaians should wise up and stop following corrupt politicians blindly, just common sense. How are we going to get a credible register without a credible database. Kokoasse mentality should stop, people should think. The database first then a new register. A new register is non negotiable but the right thing must be done.
