    Legalizing IPAC wouldn't take away the independence of EC. It make decisions taken at IPAC forums binding on EC. It's not going to make it a Watchdog over EC

    The EC cannot be a power unto itself. There is no way possible, the EC should be allowed to be a power unto itself in a democracy in which it's mandate and function is at the behest of the citizenry.
