It is not a matter of he not mentioning what could be considered a small issue. A Voters Register, is the key to free and fair, credible, transparent and peaceful elections. Dr. Ibn Chambas is too well informed and especially, knowledgable in the Ghana situation that his nice advise without touching on the prime document, the Voters Register is simply, hypocritical. He joins to ranks of the chief hypocrite, Rev. Emmanuel Asante, of the Peace Council.
