we know the radio is to inform and to educate the people of it land.but this is a childless verdict by Ghana highest body(supreme court). how can one working body(supreme court) rule in favor of it own members.Ghana judicial service must know that know one is above the law.every one can be threaten.so it takes other council to sit on this case than the body who were threatened to rule the case by their selves(bias). the government must release them base on article 72 of the constitution.and set a reliable body to plead for these guys than to be in jail for 4 months ruled by the threatened council them selves.even people on treason,murder and terrorism has right to be released urgently.this case of these 3 guys and the directors of the fm station is a childless verdict.to judge is to go on references.right.we know what happened on 1982.it was not a threat.it was a murder.but remember that one council can not rule in favor for it own body.bad verdict.no one is above the law.government release these guys urgently and stop the supreme court by using their big English to infringe on the right of these 3 guys.
