PROPHET BAWUMIA:--------- Mr. President, care to read? Today's request for disclosure on the 2007 redenomination is another demonstration of incompetence. Apart from the fact that the then Governor disclosed the cost as far back as 2007, if the President really wanted to find out the cost of the redenomination, he could simply have asked his VEEP who was Bank of Ghana Governor, especially when the President was Head of the Economic Management Team between 2009 and 2012. Such petty propaganda should be beneath someone of the stature of a President. It is clear he is very poorly briefed, but when a President decides to join the bandwagon of propaganda , he only ends up embarrassing himself. Moving on, can the President (with the same zeal) and his Economic Management Team respond to the 170 statements contained in my last lecture?

Women are too jealous of their fellow women. That is the fact. Men would only talk against a woman in authority only if she takes some decision that adversely affects his interest. Madam Joyce Aryee, a Saul turn Christian( Paul), since when did you come to realize that Ghanaian men do not respect women? Despite your history; association with the blood thirsty PNDC you were able to morphed into a very respectable business executive and a very respected role model for many girls in Ghanaian society. Please stop using the " Victim" argumentation. Being a smart or intelligent woman versus a man cannot justify a stubstandard performance in an important job of national importance as the head of Electorial Commision.
Those of us impartial observers who wish her well have concluded Madam Osei has a perception problem. The underlying problem being arrogance and leadership weaknesses . The EC has a weak public relation problem as well. Assuming the Law is on your side and using it without regard to potential collateral damage in society is short sighted. Madam Osei is perceived as not an impartial Refree . And that she was employed to ensure Mahama retains power . She and the EC must understand that their stake holders are not only the political parties or those who want to run for office. Good learderhip requires that the EC explain to the Ghanaian public the rules of engagement for registering to compete for office.
Politicians are rowdy bunch, like jealous wives in a polygamous marriage . The successful polygamist ensures that he is a good provider for all in the eyes of multiple families. Disqualifying medium size parties for administrative errors in their fillings , even though the law is on the EC's side is shallow thinking for enhancing our young democracy. It has the potential of sowing the dry leaves of social combustion ! Political discourse is not like that of Headmaster and School children. . With such a mass disqualification of smaller players, the EC should have announced publicly that it is giving non legal or administratively non confirming applicants a couple of days to correct their application files before disqualifications . Note not all Citizens belongs to the two parties. Every citizen must be allowed to express his or her choice of representation. That is democracy. It is bad social policy to force everyone into duopoly of politics. The Might of the Law must prevail but those empowered to administer the law must execute it with humility, common sense and forward looking kesdership.

I'm beginning to have my doubts if he is really a Ghanaian since he has Burkina Faso nationality and passport according to the residence of Bolga. Somebody tell Ayariga we shall look into his nationality fikofiko to see if he is indeed a Ghanaian, he has brought himself for scrutiny. His cousin Ayariga was the one who sent Hon. Sakande to court about his dual citizenship so the measure they used on someone will be used to measure them.
