  In Ghana your ward will have no other avenue to further his or her education after graduating from a Technical Inst. The kid will be stuck down, down, down the educational ladder. All the former good Tech. Inst. have been converted to Polytechnics for secondary school leavers. Your ward does not qualify for entry into the Polytechnics for the HND. Spread this message to the poor people who continue sending their wards to Tech. schools. Send your ward to a secondary school where he or she can learn the basic subjects for a take off in any technical, business or art subjects in future.
