There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Which means there would have been zero balance at the Bank Of Ghana liquid assets reserves. Foolish idiot

There is a limit to litigation, even Nana Addo and Bawumia have turned their backs to the court, but not Konadu. While the two most likely candidates to win the elections are busy covering terrain in the regions, Madam is also busy warming court benches. When would this Konadu wahala be over?

This thing happens in court all the time. Because as a counsel, you wouldn't like to win one leg of the case and move to another one. Especially given the time frame. It is more of procedural than Substantive.

But whether NDP contest or not, which NDP member will vote for Mahama? The analysis is that, if Nana Konadu doesn't contest, all NDP members will vote for NPP. The objective is to make NDC lose, then Rawlings takes his party from the thieves. PPP supporters are also ready to vote for NPP should Nduom not contest. NPP has already won! I'm in Volta Region now. The mammoth crowds are unprecedented. The youth really need change. The wind of change here in the Volta especially the Northern Volta is so much greater than what I see even in the Ashanti Region.

I thought Ace Ankomah was a big-time NPP Lawyer. He has been in the News very frequently leading charges upon charges against the Government over the years. And when he got his chance to prove his mettle, he blows it with such crass ineptitude? By Golly!

This is all waste of time and resources. I hope the suits don't get in the way of the Elections.

I am more interested in what Justice Koomson means when he says by seeking for enforcement of both fundamental human right and judicial review, the purported action will be embarrassing to the Court and would secondly cause undue delay?
Is Justice Koomson suggesting it is unmeritorious to seek for the enforcement of both and thus, inconsistent with the law or procedurally, the Court lacks the competence to make a determination of either of the case, which intend will cause undue delay?
Justice Koomson cannot begin to impute incompetence in striking out the matter's for determination if at the level of the High Court, His Court lacks the inherent jurisdictional competence to adjudicate on the matter.
To prevent embarrassment to His Court, Ace filing a fresh case which falls within his limitations and competence to make a determination should suffice.
Sorry, Ace Ankomah tried to embarrass him. That wasn't the intention. Justice Koomson's incompetence is well noted and this is going straight up to the Supreme Court.

This should serve as a humbling lesson for those who think they know too much. Ace Ankomah, Kofi Bentil, Sampson Lardi Ayenini, Kwame Akuffo, Nana Asante Bediatuo etc. They are all quacks! They should humble themselves and learn from Tsatsu Tsikata, Samuel Okudjeto, Nana Ato Dadzie, Ayikoi Otoo among others who although know their stuff are humble. Running your mouth on radio doesn't make you a good lawyer. Winning cases in court does. Kwasiakwa!! I rest my case!
